Job Description: Position Title: Timesheet Support

Salary: £18,000 to £21,000 depending on experience

Location: Milton Keynes

Working Hours: 9.00 – 18.00

Terms: Permanent/Full time

Annual Leave Entitlement: 20 days per annum plus 8 bank holidays


The main purpose of this predominantly phone based role is to chase any outstanding timesheets from doctors and clients alike. We are looking for someone with great personality who is process driven, able to build relationships internally and externally colleagues and customers with a militant attitude.

Main Duties:

* Timesheet chasing for all doctors

* Building and maintaining relationships with doctors and clients

* Manage intermediary portals/doctors payments

* Manage Trackers for outstanding Timesheets

* Maintain the company good standing.

Key Skills:

* Experience with Microsoft Office packages

* General knowledge of general IT software packages

* Excellent customer service/administration skills

* Clear and confident verbal and written communication

* Ability to work to strict deadlines in a pressured environment

* Great interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner

* Attention to detail, organised & methodical

* Great Organisation Skills and self motivating

Education and Experience

* High standard of written and verbal English is essential

* Financial or Credit Control background

* Experience of working in an office environment is essential
