Would you like to develop your skills and gain work based experience which could lead to a permanent role in a friendly, close knit response centre?
About the opportunity:
Our client realises that service offering is unique, as are the people that work for them, and that’s why they’re currently looking for Trainees like you to join them. Upon completion of the 8 week training programme, you’ll be considered for a permanent position within their response centre.
You’ll learn to take calls for a range of services including telecare, telehealth, in and out-of-hours repair and housing enquiries and lone worker monitoring. You’ll provide a lifeline for some of their service users, day and night, so a helpful and friendly approach is essential!
