An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a HR Project Lead (OD & ER) based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 3-6 months, with possibility of extension, working a 36.25 hour week, to start as soon as possible. This role is paying between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

The role of Employment Excellence Manager covers all of the above and more. Reporting to the UK Employment Excellence Director and providing support to the Global Future of Work Director this role is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in HR to get exposure to all parts of our business in the UK and make a real difference to the world of work now and into the future.

The UK Employment Excellence team has 3 interrelated areas of focus: 1) create, maintain and govern/regulate the UK employment policy and practice framework; 2) build capability in employment law, policy and practice mainly within the UK HR community and 3) set the standards for employee relations case management including providing expert advice on specific senior and other cases.

In this role you'll work on a variety of projects across the team's scope. Things currently on the agenda include introducing a new employee benefit, helping to develop and roll out a managing change workshop for UK managers and working on the longevity part of our diversity agenda. In addition to project work there are also some operational responsibilities including fulfilling the role of 'Contact Manager', our new start-up employment model and provide back up support to our HR4HR People Experience Lead.

To succeed in this role, you're likely to have experience in employee relations, be comfortable working in a complex matrix organisation, have good stakeholder management skills and have strong written English. You also need to be confident in using the usual MS Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
