My client is a specialist in lift maintenance and repairs, based in Essex looking for a Lift Service Engineer to carry out maintenance and minor repairs to traction and hydraulic lift equipment throughout a route in Central London and Westminster area.
The role for the Lift Service Engineer will involve;
* Managing a walking route in Central London.
* Carrying out routine maintenance checks, small repairs and servicing on traction and hydraulic lift equipment.
* Reporting to the Service Manager for updates and meetings.
* Assisting other engineers if required.
To be considered for this role you must have;
* An NVQ 3 in Lift Servicing.
* Experience in carrying out maintenance and servicing of traction and hydraulic lift equipment.
* Full UK rights to work.
As this role is a walking route, a driving license is not an essential requirement. If however you do wish to, there is an optional call-out rota of 1 day in 7 in which you will be assigned a van to use in the evenings, or carry out this route with a van instead of a walking route.
