Job Description: About the Company: Our client is a well-established company in Coventry who are looking for a Part Time HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job purpose: To assist in the smooth running of the administration function within the Human Resource Department in an efficient and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Correlate Induction packs for new starters.
Follow up on reference checks new employees and past employees.
Monitor return of recruitment documents.
Monitor and report on the return of annual reviews across the business.
Ensure uniforms and name-badges are ordered and there is adequate supply at all times.
Note take at various meetings including Internal Investigations, Disciplinary Hearings, Welfare Meetings, adhoc Meetings when required.
Deal with general queries from food and funeral division.
Produce vacancy posters and advertise job roles for the business on various platforms.
Calculate Bonus Voucher employee entitlement
Provide various reports as and when required by Human Resource Manager.
Any adhoc duties as required
Embrace new initiatives and ways of working.
Actively participate in all training and development initiatives.
To undertake training and development opportunities when provided.
To work as part of a team to achieve set priorities and goals.
To promote good working relationships in own department and across the business.
To demonstrate a high standard of personal appearance and conduct at all times.
Observe all safety and hygiene regulations and practices as laid down by the business under the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).
To observe at all times regulations and procedures as described in the Employee Handbook.About you:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPointWhat's in it for you? This is a part time Permanent position working 25 hours per week. Working hours will be 5 hours a day Monday -Friday with half an hour for lunch. Flexibility will be required to cover staff holidays. Salary will be £11, 500 per annum.
