Job Description: Inbound Customer Service Advisor – No Weekends
Inbound Customer Service Advisors are responsible for handling calls from customers, delivering exceptional customer service, providing advice and taking ownership of issues through first contact to completion.
Our client, a leading utility customer experience provider in Glasgow City Centre is looking for a number of customer centric advisors to join their ranks on a permanent basis in their attractive city centre office with a start date of Monday 27th August 2018.
What is on offer
* Starting hourly rate of £8.25 per hour (increases over 18 months to £9.10 per hour)
* Start date – Monday 27th August 2018
* 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 1.30pm-10pm (no Saturdays or Sundays)
* 6 weeks of training (First 2 weeks of classroom based training Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm and 4 weeks grad bay Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm)
* 28 days holiday
* Childcare vouchers / cycle to work scheme / discounts on glasses
* 6 months minimum call centre experience or equivalent customer facing experience
* No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years (excluding temp roles) and no more than a 3 month gap between each job role
* Good written and verbal communication skills
