3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT

£10.48 HOURLY RATE

We are currently recruiting for an administrator to provide general admin support to the Adult Social Care team within a local Hospital based in Epsom.

Main duties:

* Ensure information and records are processed and stored to agreed procedures
* Assist in providing and manipulating basic data for statistical and other reports
* Prepare and dispatch a range of correspondence
* Respond to every day enquiries from members of the public

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience of working in an office based environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Competent in a range of IT skills
* Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
