Excitingly, expansion has meant that they are now seeking an experienced Office Manager to join the team. The role of Office Manager would see you using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office. You would be given the autonomy to develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management and you would be given the opportunity to organise the office layout, maintain supplies of stationery and equipment and record office expenditure according to budget.
As Office Manager you would also be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of new staff, including training and induction, you would need to ensure adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload as well as write reports for senior management and deliver presentations.
This role will also include some sales duties. These will include increasing the company’s presence in the renewables and Oil &Gas markets by generating bid opportunities with new and existing clients with the focus of actively increasing turnover.
To be successful in this position you will have proven experience as an Office manager or Senior Administrative role. You will have excellent IT, written and verbal communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work. You will also have a good attention detail and good problem solving skills.
