Prime Appointments are recruiting for a strong Office Assistant with experience.
Duties will be:
* Booking orders on with couriers (and liaising with the couriers when something has gone wrong);
* Ordering material and supplies;
* Answering customer phone calls and emails;
* Taking sales orders
*General office duties;
This role is very hands on 95% of the time will be spent in the office, but on occasion the individual should be expected to go out in the warehouse liaising with the machine operators or packing staff if needed.
This role is a temporary to permanent. working with Prime Appointments for the first 12 weeks.
Our client feels that someone that had worked in an office, potentially in an industrial environment would be well suited. They are looking for someone who already has a good amount of office experience, someone that dosent need to teach the basics of working in an office i.e. customer service, good phone manner, the use of MS Office etc.
Working hours would be Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with 1 hours unpaid break.
