My client, a busy and growing business near Henley In Arden is looking for a sales assistant to join their team, You must be self-motivated with good communication skills
You will be responsible for:
- Process orders placed over the phone
- Deal with customer queries regarding products and their orders
- Welcome customers in our shop and introduce them to our products
- Other day to day office responsibilities
Key Skills required:
The successful candidate will need to be;
- IT literate
- Strong at building relationships with team members and customers
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Motivated and positive attitude
- Minimum previous retail experience of 1 year
- Must be able to work some weekends
