An exciting opportunity has opened for an Administrator to support our client’s Marketing Department on a temporary contract. Our successful client has a national presence and owns multiple businesses, they offer an exciting place to work; and are an ambitious and fast paced business.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of all Marketing Material for the annual promotion calendar and help drive a consistent brand message across the business, whilst ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on time.

Job Description:

* As an Administrator you will be responsible for the production and delivery of all POS, ensuring it is delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
* Proof reading all promotional tickets and POS ensuring accuracy.
* As an Administrator you will deliver clear and timely communication to franchisees and key stakeholders.
* Manage the delivery of all leaflets each period, ensuring activity is relevant, accurate and delivered on time.
* As an Administrator you will update all relevant Marketing databases.
* Manage all Franchisee requests, ensuring these are resolved in a timely manner and recorded in the requests log.
* As an Administrator you will demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

* As an Administrator you will update all relevant Marketing databases

* Able to deal with difficult telephone calls and enquiries from customers
* Flexible approach to working hours (out of hours)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Confident written and verbal communicator
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills

This role would suit people who also have the following experience Marketing, Journalism, Social Media, Proof Reading, Administration, Copywriting.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Salary: £8.50 per hour
