Due to expansion, our City based client is seeking an admin assistant to come on board and help support the team with various admin tasks. The company has grown a lot over the last couple of years and now require a bright, confident and reliable person to join them; they are willing to train the right person into the role but they do need someone with excellent communication skills, strong IT skills and the willingness to turn their hand to various functions including:
* Processing incoming and outgoing post
* Answering the phone
* Stationary management
* Managing the holiday schedule
* Document Production (printing and binding reports & proposals)
* Travel Management
* Directors' diary management
* General office admin tasks as assigned.
The team consists of approximately 20 people so you need to be able to multi-task and join in as part of the company. Personality and the willingness to learn are key to this role.
