An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team to assist our busy and expanding office and warehouse departments.

The Warehouse and Office Assistant role will include various administration duties with the aim to develop and have more responsibility.

The Warehouse and Office Assistant role will include some of the following areas:

  • Loading, unloading, checking, moving, storing, palletising, picking or packing products
  • Managing received goods or goods for dispatch
  • Supporting our clients to process orders and customer queries
  • General administrative duties including typing correspondence by e-mail
  • Keeping accurate records, either paper-based or on a computer
  • To undertake filing, record keeping, photocopying and distribution of relevant documents
  • Using Microsoft Packages, including, Word and Excel
  • Inputting data onto internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Work alongside the office and warehouse team to control stock levels

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated within the company to meet the overall business objectives.

 Salary Notigatable depending on experience
