Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the technical sales function in achieving company targets by supporting the sales team in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will join a UK business team in an exciting phase of growth in this newly created role. In particular, to fit within the Tempcon team and culture, you will be highly motivated, people-oriented and a well organised sales professional who understands the importance of achieving team goals above personal targets.
Whilst we have a back-office team to provide technical levels of support, we are looking for a person who can take ownership of the end to end sales process across our markets.
The successful candidate will tap into a warm and diverse marketplace, the nature of which requires good consultative selling skills with the ability to learn technical specifications and capabilities over a wide range of products. This requires a consistent focus on team performance, product expertise, opportunity management and the ability to close sales.
