Do you have Estimating or commercial experience within a construction or technical environment, looking to work for a sucessful, profitable and stable construction and installation company.
The client is involved in both construction and manufacturing, has ambitious growth plans and can offer superb training and long term career progression.
For example, some of the directors started at this level.
The position will be to work in the sales and estimating department, initially carrying out administration tasks as well as estimating smaller enquires, whilst being trained and developed, given further responsibilities as your skill levels increase.
Therefore tasks will include:
1 Estimating Small Enquires
2 Database and CRM maintenance and updating
3 Liaising with Key Suppliers to obtain prices
4 Contacting Clients to discuss enquiries and quotations
To apply you should have the following:
1 Working or academic background in technical environment (construction/installation/engineering)
2 Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel. Plus ideally CRM or sales databases
3 Able to read technical drawings
4 Good literacy with excellent written communication skills
This position is based in the outskirts of Bristol, close to the M5, so is very commutable from Clevedon, Weston Super Mare and Thornbury.
The working hours are 39 per week, Monday to Friday
The role is paying circa £20-25K plus bonus
