We offer a flexible care service, to people within their own homes. All care is tailored to meet the needs of our service users whether they need a support worker to pop in to assist with preparing a meal or full personal care, like assisting with a washing/showering or bathing. We also provide a shopping and sitting in service. Care can be anything from a 30 minute visit to a couple of hours. Some service users may need one visit per day and others several visits to assist with all life's daily tasks. We expect all our staff to treat our service users with the up most respect and deliver a high quality service. We are recruiting Domiciliary Care /mobile care workers who are enthusiastic and energetic to meet the needs of our service users

Requirements of Care Assistants

  • Full driving Licence with own Transport required.
  • Must be Kind, Caring, Patient + good with people.
  • Willingness to learn and maintain training.
  • Good communication.
  • Must be able to work alternative weekends and Bank holidays and demonstrate good levels of flexibility
  • Must have a clear Disclosure check
  • NVQ or Diploma level 2 in health & Social Care desirable or willing to work towards

Responsibilities Care Assistants 

  • Providing support and care to vulnerable people in the community.
  • Assisting with all aspects of personal care.
  • Assisting with Medication.
  • Assist with preparing meals.
  • Household tasks.
  • Sleep ins.
  • Waking nights.
  • Live in.
  • Communication with families, Doctors and other health professionals.
  • Accurate recording and supporting of day to day activities.
