Entry Level Customer Service Administration

Are you looking to gain Customer Service experience within an office environment? Are you driven, customer focused and have a positive approach? If so, we have an excellent customer service administration opportunity within a busy and expanding company based in Farnham.

No experience needed. Training is provided. This is a 9 month contract. 

This is a great chance to start an entry level position with an established company. You will be liaising with customers via telephone and email. You will also be pro-actively supporting senior team members with administrative tasks. The role will also involve ensuring customer details are kept up to date on their CRM platform and recording transactions for payments made by clients.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch. (Mon-Thur) and 8:30am – 5:00pm with 30 mins for lunch (Fri).
