Appointed as key outsourced partner by Scottish Power, Konecta, are looking to recruit experienced contact centre advisors with a passion for customer experience.

We are looking for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to first call resolution and outstanding customer service.

* Consistently have customers’ needs first and build their trust
* Be a solution seeking advisor who pro-actively identify the best solutions for each customer that will also create value for the company and actively develop the brand
* Deliver a service where empathy and building rapport are central, creating great customer experiences
* Adhering to company, industry and regulatory standards following all Utility regulations and quality and compliance principles
* Adhering to Konecta principles, advocating and maintaining great customer experiences

Essential Skills

* Pass Credit Check and Disclosure Scotland Check

Desirable Skills

* Ideally you will have a contact centre background, or strong customer service skills and have a high level of ownership for customer experiences
* Excellent telephone manner, able to demonstrate appropriate communication skills, listening and building rapport
* Sales through service
* Demonstrate a drive, passion and enthusiasm to create great customer experiences
* Ability to retain multiple pieces of information whilst navigating through screens to resolve customer queries
* Take pride in your work, the client and Konecta.
