Office Manager – £25,000 per Annum + Benefits – Permanent – Chesham – Manufacturing
Our client have recently been going through a lot of growth and seek an Office Manager to join their team. This role will play a key interface between all areas of the business including finance, IT, HR & administration.
Office Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Management of the company's Health and Safety requirements
* Developing and implementing new administrative systems
* Ensuring that all aspects of the office run smoothly
* Prepare monthly supplier cheque run.
* Purchase and sales ledger input under supervision of the financial controller.
* Team welfare management (employee benefits, socials, health and safety, etc.
* Coordinate training for new additions
* In charge of supplies and deliveries for the office
* Attending client meetings
* Organising and improving office operations
