Following up on leads
Ensuring the database and projects are kept up to date
Offering advice and support on products

Customer Service Advisor Experience

It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and can communicate effectively on all levels. High attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects at once will be vital as the Customer Service Advisor. Previous experience in a similar position or a customer focused environment will be beneficial.
