Part Time Receptionist
Are you an experienced Receptionist with experience within a Corporate environment? Our client require two part time receptionists who will also get involved with Facilities.
Part time hours, 2 shifts available either 8am – 12.30pm Monday to Friday or 12.30pm – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Leeds City Centre
£16,000 - £18,000 full time equivalent (dependant on experience)
This role will be very varied and you will be required to interact with lots of different clients so excellent communication skills and presentation is a must.
Duties will include:
* Assisting the Office Manager with sales enquiries and showing tenants around the building
* Responding to enquiries from tenants and resolving any smaller issues
* Dealing with maintenance issues
* Liaising with suppliers
* Assisting with organising events
* Social media
* Administration duties including filing, photocopying, updating records
* Housekeeping/Hospitality duties such as making/serving refreshments
* Building management in the absence of the Centre Manager
As a Receptionist in a corporate organisation, you will be organised, well-presented and possess excellent communication skills.
