Part Time Administrator

My client is seeking a part time Administrator to join their well established company.

This is a Part time role: working either 07.45-12.00 or 14.00 -18.00 (term time only)

Responsibilities will include:

Database input, management, and upkeep

Absence management

Accurate record keeping

Production of management information

Business process improvement initiatives

Analysis of current processes and proposition for change

Consider and suggest ideas for improvements sharing this feedback with others in a constructive manner

Readily identify opportunities to share knowledge, information and learning

Ensure that levels of service are maintained and flag up risks or concerns where there are shortfalls

To be considered you will:

Have experience in a similar role

Be happy working the above detailed part time hours

Have an ability to work to deadlines

Have strong organisational skills

Excellent Microsoft skills across a range of applications

Strong communication skills including a professional telephone manner

Personable and confident manner

Strong work ethic

Confidence, assertiveness and resilience

A “can do” attitude.
