We have an amazing opportunity for Support Workers to come and work with us on a permanent contract. This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who has experience working with individuals whom have Learning Disability and Autism to come and work with Certitude.

As a Support Worker you will provide support to 2 individuals with learning disabilities and autism within a Supported Living Home. You will be establishing good relationships with the people you support and their families, you will be the key worker for a number of individuals, and you will help individuals to use a range of communication and person centred planning tools.
You will be required to be proactive and confident as you will be supporting the individuals within their local community.
Your hours of work will be 39 hours on a flexible shift rota – Early, afternoon, evenings and sleep-in shifts.
You may have experience of the following: Support Worker, Charity, Charities, Third Sector, Social Worker, Community Care, Not for Profit, NFP, Healthcare Assistant, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Care Worker, Administration, Voluntary Sector, and Care Assistant etc.
