Galaxy Personnel are looking for an admin assistant to join our friendly team in the office and work alongside the driving and logistics desk.
We are a busy office/desk and are looking for someone with a can do attitude, ability to handle workload and time frames, organised, can work well in a team, outgoing and confident. We would also expect you to be punctual and trust worthy.
Duties will include:
Checking off timesheets and assisting with payroll
Scanning paperwork onto the system
Answering phone calls
Helping with bookings of temps out to clients
Working to deadlines
You will ideally have a good understanding of excel, Microsoft and an idea of how a payroll system works.
Training will be given to the right candidate and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.

08.00am - 16.30pm
