As Security Supervisor you will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are provided to the client and customers at all times. Team building and staff morale will be a priority of the jobholder, as well as the ability to positively contribute to the performance, growth and profitability of the business.
Reporting directly to the Security Manager, you will oversee compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and processes. This will include monitoring and improving customer satisfaction and working closely with stakeholder organisations to deliver the centres crime prevention policy.
You will support and deputise for the Security Manager in the operational management and delivery of all manned security ensuring that the centre meets the security KPI standard required by the client, and focus the security team on providing excellent customer service to all customers.
You will control and deliver the security rotas ensuring correct manning levels and compliance are maintained, manage staff attendance records and ensuring the security operation is delivered within budget. You will also work with HR to ensure all new starters are vetted, inducted, trained and licensed in accordance to the contractual and statutory requirements, and aim to reduce labour turnover by proactively managing people issues in co-operation with other internal departments.
Shifts - Monday to Sunday including night working (40 hours plus per week)
Dual SIA licence (CCTV/Manned Guarding)
Experience in delivering security solutions to an internal client base

IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
Professional qualification in security management
