About the Company
Our client operates a 36 bedded nursing home in Burgess Hill and supports people with a range of needs such as physical frailty, Parkinson’s disease, stroke and people living with dementia.
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring the home’s compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team you will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.
Skills and Experience
The salary for the role is £38,000 - £42,000 depending on qualifications and experience and there will also be a bonus scheme put in place that will be discussed at interview.
