The Role - SEMH Teacher
SEMH Teacher required to start ASAP on a long term basis until the end of the academic year with view of a permanent contract from September 2019. The SEMH Teacher will be confident in working as an in-house float cover teacher, teaching stand alone lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils. Ideally the SEMH Teacher will be inspirational with the ability to make an impact on the outcomes of pupils learning and development. SEMH Teacher applications should be able to confidently teach quality lessons as well as ensuring that planning, preparing, recording assessment and reporting meet the varying learning and social needs of pupils. In order to be shortlisted for this SEMH Teacher role, applicants must have successfully completed NQT year, have QTS and solid experience teaching in the relevant phases within challenging schools.

This Hillingdon based secondary SEMH setting accommodates 68 pupils aged 11-16 who come from a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds.
