We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf our client based in Birmingham. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working within the New Enquiries department taking the initial details of any new enquires coming into the business.

Role of Customer Service Advisor:
Be the 1st point of contact for new enquires
Deal with clients and customer over the phone and email
Chase customers for necessary documents
Be IT Literate
Book hotel accommodation as and when required

Details of Customer Service Advisor:
Pay rate: £20 - £23k per year
Working Hours: Full time
Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm
Location: Birmingham

As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll need:
Experience in a similar role (contact centre, call centre)
Great communication at all levels
Attention to detail
Good telephone manner
Very good written and verbal communication
Experience of loan or mortgage applications
