Customer Service Executive

Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based north of Newbury. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000.

Duties and responsibilities include:

* Manage incoming calls and emails

* Contact existing and potential customers

* Maintain regular contact with clients ensuring that first class service is delivered at all times

* Chase repeat orders and managing risks

* Ensuring that all customer feedback is relayed to the appropriate department

* Handling queries and complaints, providing solutions and ensuring resolutions are resolved in a timely basis

* Raising order statements in a timely manner

* Attending meetings as and when required

Candidates will ideally have/be:

* Customer Service experience

* Attention to detail

* Ability to manage own workload

* Ability to operate under pressure

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

* Hold a driver’s licence due to the location of the company
