We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for our client based in Havant.

You will be a key member of the team managing sales and communication between Sales and Production, the successful candidate will support the following areas of the business:

Sales Process, Forecasting, CRM database management, Samples Management, Project Management and customer complaints.

The sales process requires constant attention and clear communication. Quotes must be produced in a timely manner, accurately, and with a commercial guidance of the Sales Coordinators by the Customer Service Manager in compliance with the Sales Manager.

The database must be accurate always and the product must be in excellent condition to be called upon with short notice, the database manages their customer database, sales activity and communications. The database must be managed and reported on to ensure its accuracy and relevance to their business activity.

Our client has a complaints process that must be adhered to and managed to deal with customer complaints swiftly and correctly. You will be the main contact for the customer and will manage complaints until they are resolved.

You will be responsible for managing projects and coordinating activity/communication with the team at all times.
