Administrative Assistant Part time (4 days), permanent Newcastle upon Tyne

Hays Office Support are currently looking for an experienced administrator on a part-time (four days), permanent basis to work for a large property management company in Newcastle upon Tyne. Although the company is large, the office you will be based in has a small, close working team.
Your new role
As an Administrator within this company, at times, you will be required to be the first point of contact for any external visitors as well as managing any queries or messages effectively. You will have a number of general admin duties such as filing, processing of post and tenancy applications. You will also be required to type letters, faxes, memos, including mail merges to tenants.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent communication skills and always work to a high standard. You will be friendly and be able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative. It is essential that you have recent administration experience. You will be a confident user of the Microsoft office suite.
