This is why we have created a brand new position for an Office Manager to be based in our Stamford branch. Zest specialise in food manufacturing recruitment and have a strong 15 years behind them. With Stamford being the principle hub for the business, the Office Manager will play a pivotal role in directing and supporting all areas of the business, from marketing through to accounts.
Within this role you will be able to draw on your creativity- multi-tasking with many duties from managing relationships, credit control, digital marketing and day to day business administration. As a business we have many events in the diary and require someone who loves to plan and organise these throughout the year. Our growth plans are significant and realistic – and with the necessary training you will also support and lead internal recruitment campaigns.
I know we all say it but you will really need to be able to spin a lot of plates at all times in this role, anticipating business needs and being confident in making decisions.
Within the role as Office Manager, we won’t be asking you to make tea and sit behind a desk all day. We want you to be a key member of the team and take the lead on tasks and projects.
As well as having scope to be involved across the whole business, Zest also have a charity called the Zest Foundation. We take huge pride in developing this year on year and as Office Manager you will be involved in thinking of new ideas, developing relationships and having your input on how we can grow within this area.

Ideally you have previous Office Management experience, be super organised, creative and want to make a real difference – ideally you will have some exposure to credit control and / or Sage and have strong excel and administration skills.
