An opportunity for a competent motivated and experienced Construction Manager will be coming available for a major highway project in Southern England. The capability to coordinate and drive the 4 key teams of verges, structures, central reserve and technology teams to deliver, ahead of program, is required.
Duties of the Construction Manager will include –
Supervision and planning of the works
Management and guiding of Agents, Sub Agents , Engineering teams and supervisory staff
Checking work package plans, Method statements and risk assessments
Set targets and milestones
Cost forecasting and resource planning
The requirements include –
Civil Engineering qualification
Proven ability in a similar post as a Construction Manager
Extensive highway construction knowledge and experience in the UK
Willing and able to work shifts
The right to work in the UK
