School Business Manager
Bursar or School Business Manager - Independent School
Contract: September 2019, Permanent (some flexibility can be offered regarding the hours)
Is a leading coeducational Prep School, for children aged three to eleven, with excellent facilities. The school is looking for a Bursar or School Business Manager, to manage the various functions within the school and be involved in key strategic decision making. The School Business Manager or Bursar will be reporting directly to the Headteacher
The School Business Manager or Bursar will have the following duties and responsibilities:
* Financial Resource Management
* Administration Management
* HR Management
* Facility and Property Management
* Health & Safety
Essential Criteria for the School Business Manager or Bursar;
* A level standard/ NVQ3/ BTEC National Diploma/Certificate
* Confident in Office Management and PC literate
* Knowledge of payroll and purchasing systems
School Business Manager or Bursar Desirable;
* Previous experience of working with Independent schools
* Working knowledge of SAGE, Quickbooks, SIRS or SIMs
