This is a fantastic role for an Office Manager to join this growing organisation. This is a vital role within the company as you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to make a real difference in an organisation and shape this role to be your own. There will be elements of accounts administration within this opportunity.

Office Manager Responsibilities

As the Office Manager your main duties will include:

Managing executive diaries and logistical requirements
Developing company policies and procedures
Supporting with payroll and personnel records
Managing and tracking costs and pay expenses
Maintaining company supplies
Liaising with suppliers

Office Manager Experience

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience as an office manager. You will be an ambitious individual who is keen to learn new skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced organisation and be confident working autonomously. You will have a keen eye for detail and be well organised in your approach. A people focus will be essential and you will not be phased by processing numbers. Experience of payroll will be beneficial but not essential.

Based in Oxford, OX2, the organisation has plans to relocate to another office in Central Oxford over the next few months. Unfortunately there is no parking at either location but there are excellent public transport routes.
