Supporting the Office manager you will be responsible for everything from answering phones and making refreshments to working with different departments supporting their projects. The role can develop in whichever way you feel your skills will develop best.

* Greeting visitors

* Updating spreadsheets

* Updating the website

* Raising PO numbers

* Writing press releases

* Writing documents

This is a great role for someone looking for their first job in an office and will give lots of opportunity to build experience.

What you'll need to succeed

* Ideally be educated to degree level or have business qualifications

* Understanding of microsoft office

* Ability to multitask

* Excellent time management skills

* Desire to learn and progress
