THIS IS AN ON-GOING, TEMP TO PERM ROLE
Shift: Monday - Friday, 12.30pm - 21.00pm.
We are currently seeking active, committed individuals with all round strong communication skills to take a position within the business as a Warehouse Team Leader or Coordinator.
Previous warehouse team leader experience is ideal but not a must as long as you have some sought of leader experience.
A daily handover will be given at 5pm so it is vital instructions are taken properly when the rest of the team leave, ensuring you are able to manage their work load and sort out any problems that arise.
Please be aware that this role may require a lot of walking around the warehouse.
Full training will be provided and once confident Team Leaders and Coordinators will be required to lock up the site each night, potentially being the only management on site so it is important we find a responsible and trustworthy individual.
Although this is a team leader / coordinator role you will be expected to get their hands dirty as well if needed.
