We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for our prestige client based in Wardley Manchester, our client is an market leading company operating in the logistics sector. Currently employing over 17000 people across 200 locations and with a annual turmover in excess of £1.2billion this a fabulous company to work for.
We are looking for someone to work within a busy logistics office providing secretarial support to the Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within administration and the ability to prioritise work.

This is a 6 months fixed contract that is likely to go permanent
-Answering incoming calls
- Sending emails
-Managing the system and tracking and chasing documents
-Administration support to a busy sales office
Skills required for Administrator
-Good telephone manner
-Good understanding of Microsoft Office especially excel and word
-Previous office experience
-High attention to detail
