Working Hours:                    40 hours per week

We are currently seeking an individual to undertake all office administration activities in our office at Ratho Park, Edinburgh. This individual will be also responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the Ratho Park office.

The main responsibilities of the Office Administrator will include but are not limited to:

  • Office reception and answering of phones
  • Dealing with mail and couriers
  • Managing petty cash
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Ordering and managing stationary and staff PPE requirements
  • Visitor management and organising meeting rooms and facilities.
  • Arranging staff travel and accommodation bookings
  • Project Administration – setting up new project codes
  • Arranging office upkeep and maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with RPS Integrated Management System processes and procedures.
  • Supporting the monthly client invoicing process

 

We are keen to hear from individuals who possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Have a relevant Business Administration qualification and/or experience and understanding of business administration activities
  • Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Clear and fluent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Quality, timely and accurate throughput of work, with attention to detail;
  • Ability to use their own initiative to problem solve
  • Confidentiality at all times;
  • Proactive approach to change, efficiency and best practise;
