As an Admin Assistant you will be supporting our existing team in various areas of the administration process within TP Motor Claims. There will be an element of telephony work to assist with departmental SLA’s.
Our aim is to put the fun into Insurance and along with the fast-paced growth of the group give an opportunity to receive first class training and coaching within a supportive environment.
You will be providing assistance to the Administration team within a friendly office environment and the job role will consist of:
* Action incoming post and emails.
* Maintain spreadsheet records.
* Processing payments
* General insurance administration tasks as required.
* Making phone calls where required
* Dealing with queries and requests for other departments.
* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key insurer personnel.
* Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly, FCA and DPA requirements.
* Embrace and comply with company values
