We are currently on the lookout for a out-going and confident individual to provide our weekend on-call service.
As the dedicated on-call consultant you will:
Work from 3pm Friday to 8.30am Monday morning, offering a 24/7 service to our clients.
Answer queries from clients and candidates
Answer calls from clients with bookings of nurses and carer’s, normally on an urgent basis.
You will be expected speak to our bank of candidates and offer the shifts for them to cover, with the view of calling the client back to update on shift confirmation
You will be confident, polite and customer service focused on the phone to all clients and candidates
You will work from home and be provided with a laptop and mobile phone
Ideally you will:
Be able to work Friday afternoon to Monday morning
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be organised and structured
Have experience in a recruitment/resourcing background. This is desirable but not essential.
We will pay £150 to £180 per weekend
We will provide with the use of an office mobile and laptop
