Reporting to the Head of S&OP, you are responsible as the Supply Chain Planning Analyst to be the custodian of all rules, standards and policies relating to the planning and scheduling of Refresco UK's supply chain and manufacturing resources.
You will collaboratively identify, calculate, record and clearly communicate (using quantitative and qualitative data) the various rules, standards and policies to all relevant stakeholders and ensure compliance on an ongoing basis. You will review and revise at agreed intervals and or in conjunction with specific major change events.
You will run an ongoing SKU rationalisation / proliferation control process, identifying SKU's to be tasked for de-complexing or margin improvement and supporting the account managers with options to achieve both.
You will manage the factory wide changeover reduction and plan stability project by working with the commercial, factory and shift managers by ensuring the factories are running products at the right size and frequency. You'll ensure run rates are up to date and current in the planning system and revised / challenge with the factory and planning team where necessary. You will take the lead and identify improvement projects to reduce waste and costs identified from the S&OP process.
You will have demonstrable Data Modelling experience in a analysis or forecasting/planning role, with exceptional attention to detail and a capable process leader.
