Temporary Office Manager for Top London Property Consultancy

Your new role

Your responsibilities will include:

* Office health and safety, facilities, IT desk set up

* Dealing with suppliers and outsourced IT contractors

* Maintaining office stock levels

* Work alongside HR, assisting with recruitment

* Compliance and enforcing office policy

* Being the first point of contact for varied and numerous visitors

* Assisting training logistics

* Provide ad hoc support for the Business Manager, Sales and Talent teams

* Internal Events management

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous office management/ facilities experience

* Previous Health and safety experience

* Excellent MS Office skills

* Outstanding written and verbal communication

* The ability to work in a team and be individually self-motivated

* First class attention to detail

* A modern approach to office management
