About the Opportunity

Our Customers deserve an outstanding Customer experience, and we are constantly improving the ways they can communicate with us. Our Customer Service Advisor (Resolution Team) provide effective and professional resolution to escalated and complex customer complaints.

Our Customer Resolution team consistently look to drive excellence, improving levels of service through genuine passion and drive to do a great job and delight our Customers.

Shift Pattern

We need flexible people who can work  8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday  (36.5 hours per week on a rota basis)

Who are we looking for?

We would love to hear from enthusiastic, confident Customer Service Advisors with experience of working in a busy Contact Centre or Retail environment.

Our desire to deliver outstanding service means we need Customer Resolution Advisors who are highly engaged with Customer needs and enjoy dealing with a wide variety of complaints. Our Customer Resolution Advisors work 36.5 hours per week and need to be flexible to help us be available for them.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate effective complaints handling, an ability to remain calm and professional at all time and a natural enthusiasm and ability to engage with Customers, showing empathy and understanding. We need Customer Resolution Advisors who know how to use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep our Customers happy.
