Following a sustained period of growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for two people to join our Customer Service Team and help us continue on our 133 year journey. The lucky candidates will be working out of our state of the art experience centre just off the A580 East Lancs road with free onsite parking.


This is a Customer Service Advisor role primarily dealing with existing customers, you will be part of a dynamic team who sole aim is to provide a superior experience to internal and external customers alike. This is not a call centre role it’s a role that will involve dealing with various types of orders, enquiries, queries and discrepancies received via all forms of media in a professional and timely manner. Working in conjunction with other departments to support and improve the overall function of the business.


This position would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, often being the first point of contact with our customers through inbound and outbound calls, display a friendly confident manner with excellent communication skills. Provide a high level of customer service; being appreciative and understanding each individual’s needs, whilst working within the company’s procedures. We believe in training and development and whilst experience is always positive the ability and people skills of an individual is always more important.
