Customer Service Consultant
Adecco have a fantastic opportunity to join a company based in central Newbury. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is working Monday - Friday offering a salary of £21,000.
The role involves handling orders and queries received via telephone, email, or in person and offering a high level of customer service and liaising with new and existing customers with the view to increasing business levels.
Candidates will ideally have/be:
* Good numeracy skills
* Attention to detail is essential.
* Ability to create, build & establish relationships through rapport.
* Previous experience in handling sales enquiries
* Confidence to learn a bespoke internal computer system quickly
