Stephenson (MK) Trust provides education for students aged between 11 and 16 years who are either attending Stephenson Academy local SEN provision for students with social emotional and mental health needs, or Bridge Academy for students disengaged from mainstream education throughout Milton Keynes. We pride ourselves on delivering a quality curriculum, truly individualised to meet the needs of our students, ensuring successful outcomes for all. They are now looking for an excellent candidate for this role:
Your responsibilities will include; to manage the security, safety and cleanliness of the academy site and the maintenance of all plant and equipment. To organise any remedial or improvement work and ensure it is conducted safely and to prescribed standards. To manage the work of the cleaning staff. Monitor consumables and stock and/order supplies. Undertake general porterage duties, including moving furniture and equipment within the academy. Perform duties in line with health and safety regulations (COSHH) and take action where hazards are identified, report serious hazards to line manager immediately

Salary: £26,069 to £29,275 per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience)
37 hours per week
