Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client based in Northampton. This is a permanent opportunity paying between £20k - £25k per annum with start dates available ASAP.
Role Requirements / Responsibilities:
Updating cash flow requests
Processing settlements invoices
processing invoices directly to SAGE
Chasing credits from query files/chasing tax invoices from proforma invoices
Checking over statements and query files from end of month process
Credit card receipt processing and reconciliation
Paying foreign invoices
The ideal candidate:
Experience within an accounts department previously
Previously worked on SAGE/Microsoft Nav
Experience of working in a faced paced environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
A confident, proactive and aspirational character
Professional telephone manner
Parking is provided on site.
