Temporary Staffing Manager
Duties would include:
Actively utilise the Trust’s preferred workforce application and any other management information relating to the utilisation performance of temporary staffing as required by Trust governance structures, highlighting key areas of risk and/or cost efficiency.
Maintain and develop procedures for the booking, authorisation and monitoring of temporary worker requests within TSOD ensuring that procedures are followed.
Involved with the planning of recruitment campaigns to engage bank workers and increase capacity on the bank for both Medical and non-Medical.
Required to work outside of normal working hours on occasion.
Extensive commercial recruitment experience
Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages (outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint)
Highly developed specialist knowledge of temporary staffing requirements and good understanding of HR practice, policies and procedures.
