We currently have an exciting opportunity to work as an Office Administrator for a highly reputable charity who have offices across the UK.

Joining the Margate office, the focus of this role will be to provide an excellent administrative support service to the management team and wider office.

The ideal applicant will have prior experience in an administration, PA or office management type role.

Working 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, this role will be paying a salary of £19,000 per annum.

Due to the occasional travel requirements of the role, a full driving licence is highly beneficial (a company car will be provided for this purpose).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for clients and customers via email and telephone.
  • Draft various types of documentation on behalf of management team.
  • Schedule meetings and take minutes.
  • Diary management, including arranging travel and booking accommodation.
  • Database management, keeping accurate and compliant records.
  • Maintain office stock levels and purchase supplies.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders.
  • Take a pro-active approach to managing own workload.

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrable experience of providing excellent administrative support.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in the use of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Accurate typing and data input skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
